Rack for 0.3 mL Glass Snap-Top Microvials, SBS Footprint

Organize up to 30 glass 0.3 mL snap-top microvials in a 6 × 5 arrangement with this SBS-format rack.

Three integrated springs at each vial opening grip the vial to help prevent wiggling and maintain a consistent position during robotic pipetting. Recessed bottom seats support the vial bases, while tapered guides help direct vials into place.

Separate SBS locating springs are designed to hold the rack firmly in an SBS-format deck slot, helping prevent rack movement and maintain repeatable positioning.

The nominal footprint measures 127.76 × 85.48 mm, with an overall rack height of 24 mm. Vial spacing is 18 mm along the six-vial axis and 16 mm along the five-vial axis, measured center to center.
