Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship in all the countries that the US permits to trade with.

What is the easiest way to pay?

The best way is to use the web site interface (add the product to the cart, then go to checkout and follow the instructions). We accept most of the credit and debit cards as well as PayPal and Google pay.

I am from the institution that does not allow the easy way to pay, what is the second easiest?

We also accept checks and wire transfers.

Please email orders@SergiLabSupplies.com. Please list the items you would like to buy, as well as the amount of each item. Please specify your exact shipping and billing addresses, so we can give you the shipping estimate. Please mention your preferred shipping carrier. Default is USPS first class. We can also ship with UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

We will get back to you with the quote. If you agree, please send the purchase order. We will ship same day after the order is received (as long as the item is in stock). After that, we will send you the final invoice.

We ask you to transfer the funds within 30 days.

Please note that the $20 manual paperwork fee will be added in this case. 

We can offer affordable prices because our procedures are fully automated. Manual inquires break our automated processes, so we have to pay to the person who will do the manual paperwork.

What is the shipping time?

We ship the items that are in stock within the same business day. Depending on the carrier, the are typically delivered within:

- 2-5 business days in the US

- 1-6 weeks outside of the US

To speed up the delivery, please chose express shipping method. In our experience, DHL is the fastest for international shipments
