At SergiLab Supplies, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case any late shipping is expected, we will notify you via email. The transit and delivery time is dependent on the shipping carrier that customer chooses at the checkout. The delivery estimate is not precise and may vary. Please contact us at orders@sergilabsupplies.com if there is a delay with shipping.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
SergiLab Supplies ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship outside the US. International shipping rates are calculated at the checkout and are dependent on the carrier customer chooses. We highly recommend to use DHL for the international delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SergiLab Supplies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
SergiLab Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged during shipment, we offer a free replacement. Please report the damage as soon as you open the package by sending an email to orders@sergilabsupplies.com. Ensure you include pictures of the damaged product in your email.
