At Sergi Lab Supplies, we design and manufacture custom products tailored for scientific laboratories. Whether you need specialized racks, holders, or organizational tools, or any other kind of equipment made from plastic or metal, our solutions are engineered to be affordable, durable, and practical.

We use different modern production methods, including 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting and engraving, and injection molding.

Because we control the design and most manufacturing steps, we can offer a fast turnaround, especially when your project can be completed using 3D printing, laser cutting, or CNC machining. 

We employ highly trained scientists with decades of laboratory experience who will readily understand your needs and provide a solution.

We are based in the USA and will be able to deliver fast. Depending on the project, you may receive the product in as few as two days.

How to proceed?

1. Contact us by email, orders@sergilabsupplies.com. Describe your project in 1-2 paragraphs.
2. We will promptly contact you to discuss the details.
3. If the project involves other parts to interact with (for example, you want an adapter for your custom tube), we ask you to send us that part. If necessary, we will return it after the project is complete.
4. We will provide you with a preliminary quote.
5. Upon agreement, we will start designing.
   Most projects require only 1-2 billable hours of design, and usually complete within 1-2 business days.
6. [Optional] We will produce a mockup and send it to you for testing. We will then modify the design based on your input
7. We will produce the custom items you ordered. The production time varies: 
   The 3D printing usually takes 1-2 business days or less
   The laser cutting may take 1-7 days, based on the material
   The CNC machining usually takes 1-2 weeks, but may take longer for larger orders
   The injection molding will likely take 4-8 weeks or longer
8. We will send you the final product and conclude the project.

We charge $179 per hour for the product design. Most projects get completed within 1-2 billable hours. More complex projects, such as our magnetic racks with removable magnets, take 4-10 hours.

For the simple products like racks, we charge a flat $60 fee.

We never do exclusive deals; we retain rights to perform similar projects for other customers. If your project can be turned into a product we can regularly sell, the design fee may be waived.

3D printing manufacturing will likely cost $20-100 per item for most projects.
The laser cutting or CNC machining would cost between $70-300 per item. Large number of items will get a significant discount per item.
For the injection molding project, the manufacturing cost will significantly depend on the number of items and the complexity of the item. Please get in touch with us for the quote.
