Magnetic rack for PCR tubes (100-300 uL) for DNA, RNA and other molecules purification

This magnetic rack cleans DNA, RNA, or other biomolecules with magnetic beads. It fits PCR tubes of any volume between 100 and 300 microliters as well as PCR tube stripes.

You can insert tubes from two sides: the "large volume side" is for tubes with a volume above 50 uL, while the "small volume side" is for volumes lower than 50 uL. The large volume side positions magnets in the middle of the tube so that the magnetic field reaches through the entire volume. The small volume side positions magnets near the bottom of the tube to localize the magnetic field right where the solution is.

Usually, it only takes a minute or two to clear the solution. The beads gather near the side of the tube, so you can easily remove the liquid without any beads accidentally getting sucked up.

This tool works with different types of magnetic beads, like Dynabeads and Ampure beads, and it's great for many applications, like cleaning a PCR product or choosing DNA strands of a specific size. We recommend Sergi Lab Supplies magnetic beads for DNA purification.
