Introducing our magnetic separator - the perfect tool for purifying DNA, RNA, or other biomolecules with magnetic beads. Designed to fit 1.5 mL centrifuge tubes with conical bottoms, this separator uses the strongest neodymium magnets available to quickly and effectively pull magnetic beads from your sample suspension. Depending on the viscosity of your suspension, it takes seconds to a couple of minutes to clear the solution from the magnetic beads. 

Within a minute, the beads will accumulate near the side of the tube, allowing you to easily pipette out your liquid without the risk of accidentally taking up any beads. This separator is compatible with any purification kits based on paramagnetic beads, making it a versatile tool for many applications, such as purifying PCR products or selecting DNA strands of a particular size from a DNA library.

In addition, our Magnetic Separator features removable magnets, which allows you to resuspend beads in all your tubes simultaneously using a vortex mixer, instead of having to remove and vortex each tube individually.

Our magnetic separator features a unique design of the tube slots, ensuring a snug and secure fit for your test tubes. The tubes are inserted or removed from the rack very smoothly, however. The perfect fit prevents any movement of the tubes when they are being opened and closed, preventing disturbance of the pellet.

Additionally, the rack is designed to hold the tubes at the perfect angle, ensuring they are as close as possible to the magnets for effective separation.
